Logos and images
Descriptions and slogans
Linked websites or social assets
Promotional copy distributed after launch

Submitting a DMCA notice

Your full legal name and contact information
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with enough detail to locate it
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
Your physical or electronic signature

Practical limitation

SolFoundry can manage the application layer and hosted metadata flow it controls. It cannot retroactively rewrite independent blockchain history or third-party explorer records once data has propagated beyond the app.
